I've already placed my order, how can I add to it? if you haven't received a shipping confirmation, it's not too late! please place another order quickly and email us (hello@shophiphiparray.com) to let us know which orders to combine! please put "COMBINE SHIPPING - ORDERS ### & ###" in the subject line to ensure your new order is combined with your initial order. once we combine + ship your orders, we will follow up with a shipping refund.

How much is shipping? all orders ship $5 flat rate

How fast are orders processed? all orders ship out within 2-3 days. please know that if you order Friday-Sunday, you're order will process Monday or Tuesday. We have lots of events during the weekend

How soon should I order my kit? we suggesting ordering it 2 weeks before your party so we have a few days to pack it up, a few days to ship, then a few days to prep early. we try our best to pack orders in emergencies but we aren't always able to accommodate so please plan ahead
