What kind of bounce houses do you offer?
We offer mini bounce houses, toddler sized. Perfect for your sweet babes first birthday party! They are all aesthetically pleasing, making them great for pictures
What ages can jump? Is there a weigh limit?
We recommend that ages 1-6 use the bounce house, under adult supervision of course! The weight limit on the mini bounce houses is 300 pounds OR 4 kid bouncers at once, whichever is least.
What are the bouncing rules?
Ages 1-6, under 300 pounds total. No shoes but socks are optional. There are several items that we don't allow on the bounce houses, see below.
What's not allowed on the bounce houses?
We don't allow food or drinks of any kind. No face paint, silly string, smoke bombs.
Where can we set up the bounce house?
The bounce houses are great for indoor + outdoor. If outdoor, we can set up on grass or turf, concrete, tile, hardwood. We can not set up on gravel or rock. No exceptions
What"s the difference between THE MINI PIT and THE MINI CASTLE?
THE MINI PIT bounce house has the ball pit attached to it. It is SO FUN. It rents with approx 2000 pit balls, is about 8 foot x 8 foot in size, and rents for $75 an hour with a 3 hour minimum.
THE MINI CASTLE a slide on the front. It is approx 8x8 in size + rents for $50 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
How far in advance should I book your services?
The toddler bounce houses are a FAVORITE so they book fast! We suggest that you get your inquiry in 2-3 months in advance. However, don’t be afraid to contact us about last-minute bookings, you just never know!
How do I reserve my date?
A 30% retainer + a signed contract are required to reserve your event date. Your retainer will be credited toward your final invoice.
Full payment by bank transfer or card is due 7 business days before your event.
Hip Hip Array happily services events across SWMO, SEK, NEO! Travel fees will apply for locations farther than 20 miles from 64804. The travel fee is $2 per mile, one way
How can I customize my experience?
WE LOVE THIS! We would love to bring balloons, backdrops, rental items (like the COTTON CANDY CART) to the party. We also offer vinyl for the bounce house to really take it up a notch. Add vinyl to your bounce house booking, starting at $25.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your retainer is non-refundable. As a courtesy, if your event is canceled IN WRITING VIA EMAIL 30 days before your event, we will return half of the retainer. If you cancel within 30 days of your party, the retainer will be kept on file for a future event.
