BALLOON FAQS + INFO

CAN I PICKUP MY BALLOON GARLAND?
yes, meeting place in joplin is at Sams club. need to meet somewhere else? just message or email to work something out. 

please come with an SUV with the seats down. and nothing in the car. your balloon garland will be ready to hang - with command hooks + instructions.

grab + go pickups are usually scheduled for thrusdays + yes, your balloons will be perfectly fine until then! just make sure to keep them inside your home, do not leave them in the car!

DO YOU DELIVER?
yes, delivery is available in the Joplin/Neosho area. The delivery fee starts at $20 within a 20 mile radius of Joplin/Neosho. deliveries made outside of the 20 mile radius may result in an additional delivery fee, pricing will be discussed up front. please note that delivery does not include any type of setup service. this is delivery only.

HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS LAST? 
if your balloons are outside in extreme heat/cold or rain, I cannot guarantee outdoor decor for more that 1-3 days. if your balloons are in direct sunlight it is possible that they will only last the day and could pop or shrivel up. if your balloons are inside, they can last up to 3 weeks!


HIP HIP ARRAY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BALLOONS ONCE WE LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY. 

ARE THE BALLOONS FILLED WITH HELIUM OR AIR?
the balloons used in garlands, arches, letters and numbers are filled with air and will not float. 

HOW MUCH ADVANCE DO YOU NEED?
I need at least 10 days advance for all balloon orders. small garlands for pickup could possibly be made with shorter notice. please note - I can only accept a limited number of balloon orders per weekend so please reach out to book with as much time as you can. 

CAN YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?
yes, if my schedule allows, I can do a rush order. 
there will be a $25 fee for orders will less than a week notice. 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BALLOON GARLANDS?
the customer must notify me of any cancellation or change to booking within 5 days prior to the event, pickup or delivery. depending on whether there were special items ordered for your garland, the customer will receive a shop credit or a full refund. orders that are not cancelled prior to 5 days of delivery, pickup or installation will NOT BE REFUNDED IN ANY WAY,
if your deposit has been paid, you will get the deposit back in the form of a shop credit. this credit can be used at shophiphiparray.com for balloons, party supplies, or gift items.
